Ooh, bacon drippings, you say? Now you’re speaking my language! Absolutely, you can use bacon drippings to make up for less turkey juice. It’ll add a smoky, rich layer to your gravy that I think you’ll love. Just keep an eye on the salt levels since bacon can be a bit salty.
