Very easy to come together with pantry staples! I upped the spices for more intense flavor, but great as written, too. That garlic lemon sauce is heavenly!!! Use the egg white: it makes a huge difference- so fluffy and whipped and creamy. Amazing. Will make this again for sure.

Yes, you can slice the thighs before marinating and yogurt is a great addition!

I want to make it with boneless chicken thighs. Can I just cut it up in strips first rather than after? I thought it would be easier cutting it then marinating it.
Also, can I add yogurt to the marinade?
