I really appreciate your thoughtful feedback! It sounds like the heat may have been a bit too high when cooking the rice, stainless steel pans can cause sticking if the liquid reduces too quickly. Next time, try keeping the heat on low and giving it an occasional stir to prevent burning. If it seems too soupy, you can also reduce the liquid slightly. I’m glad you still enjoyed the flavor!

I had some problems so I’m not sure where I went wrong. A thick layer of the rice was burned to the bottom of my stainless steel pan after the “cooking the rice” step. It was also more like soup at this point so I had to simmer an additional 20 minutes just to get it to an edible consistency but it was still runnier than I’d like. Maybe because of all the rice lost to the pan… but I wish I’d doubled or even trippled the amount of rice because I was expecting it to be a rice dish with chicken and broccoli but it was more of a chicken broccoli stew with a bit of rice here and there. The flavor was good but any advice would be appreciated. 5 stars still bc the flavor was good and I’m sure the rest must have been user error?

Ah now I see it says 6 servings, sorry that blends right in! It’s right above the video and below the estimated cook times 🙂

Yes the nutritional information only states for 1 serving. Not how many servings are in the total dish. So we don’t know how much one serving is. Is it 1/3 of the dish, 1/4th etc. something like “1 serving (4 total)”

The number of servings is in the recipe card right above the rate and print buttons at the top. The nutritional information is per serving and is at the bottom of the recipe card.

For instance, if there are 4 servings in this…..300 x 4= 1200 calories, so I would know that in order to only eat 300 calories, I have to split this dish into 4.
