Yes, that will work! Just keep it covered in the fridge and it will hold up beautifully. The flavors actually get even better after a day or two, so serving it Sunday will be perfect.

Great question! I recommend following the weight listed in the recipe, you can just click on the metric button in the recipe card for that.
