This was my 3rd recipe from this site and every single one was excellent. These enchiladas were great. The enchilada sauce also fantastic.

All the info is there including possible make ahead and freezing instructions. Also little tips like wrapping the tortillas in wet paper towel and heating to stop them from breaking.

I see the option for corn tortillas, and that is what we always used. Hey, to each his own. Also, I didn’t use the cream cheese; I will have to try it next time.
