This was delicious! Instead of parsley, I added chopped green onions to the top. The green onions looked pretty on top of the yellow cheese.

Mac & cheese and chili sounds like a winning combo, especially with the addition of black bean which I enjoy and my Hubby loves. It’s perfect for a spring meal when there’s a cool rainy day going.
