How delightful! I will be making this again!

I made a few modifications. I added a teaspoon of smoked paprika to the filling and used 2-3cm (~1 inch) chunks of cooked bacon rather than raw bacon. Also, and I think this added a lot to the flavor, I used Jasmine rice instead of plain long grain rice.
